Cary White co-owns Ameritrust Capital Mortgage with Sanjay Bhatia.
If they were one and the same - we would have only written one bio. Whereas Sanjay comes from the consulting world, Cary comes from the Mortgage lending world.
Although they started out as a prime and sub-prime shop, they are adding FHA products soon. They have built a solid mortgage lending team, mostly for retail buyers.
As for real estate investing, Cary is better at facilitating than investing. But Houston borrowers are better for it.
