Hard-money lending took a turn for the better when Denise Ostner started doing it. She seemed to lend on some of the most creative deals.
Realizing she would need a license to grow her business, Ms. Ostner has spent time managing some properties she took back while putting together financial relationships to begin hard-money lending again.
We look forward to her return.
And in case you are curious, she made money on most of the properties she took back and was positive on the portolio as a whole from what we can tell. (Ms. Ostner used our parent's vaunted Ten-Step Method to sell her homes.)
