Moises is not an investor. He is a loan representative that works predominantly with Hispanics buyers near the Gulfgate area.
We first met Moises when he helped a Lease Option tenant of our parent get qualified.
He has since referred other Tenant/Buyers to us.
After processing a loan or two, he knows enough now to outsource processing and focus on closing loans.
