We met Katheryn Burson hanging out on some message boards. However, she was an active participant there and has been a participant here, adding to our Pain in the Neck short sale list. Katheryn has been involved in real estate for six years. First, she was an apartment locator, then a sales agent and has been investing since late 2003. The first wholesale deal she successfully closed was with a partner. In late 2005, Katheryn turned to investing full-time. Now, she is in the market looking for deals, which is still a challenge at her current stage of business. She sponges up information, learning all she can.
