You will not see a man with as much gray using technology like Will Ullrich. We had the pleasure of meeting will at a UPOA meeting.
He had spoken the month before and obviously knows a lot about land rights. He buys mineral and royalty rights. He has been doing so since 1968.
We were more impressed with his desire to do searches for people you cannot find - a free offer. He likes a challenge.
He named web-based software for enlarging images. He whipped out his pocket organizer and found a key name at the city to help find leads.
In sum, he is a huge asset to the Houston investment community.
