Erik Eck has been a Director of The Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH) since May of 2005, responsible for programming.
He sources leads through publicly available data and direct mailings. You will find him getting data from original sources.
He has been known to look at a deal, but find a better one next door and close three more down the street.
