Glenn Dickson's company, Complete Property Services, manages a portfolio of about 250 single-family homes and small apartments, more than half of which he helped his clients acquire.
His company provides deal finding, negotiation, financing, rehab, leasing and management services as a one stop way for clients to invest in single family rental property. He has used much of his knowledge gained at RICH to grow and improve his company.
He is an investor, holds a real estate license and has been in both residential and commercial real estate for 15 years.
