James Robert Smith has been a Real Estate Attorney in the Houston area for a long, long time. He was The Realty Investment Club of Houston (RICH) President '01-'03, and was the Chairman of the Board of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Credit Union, and a Director of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).
